Return Policy

All non-custom alarms and accessories returned within thirty days of shipment date will have a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be unmodified, un-tampered and sealed in original packaging.

For all non-custom alarms and accessories returned before sixty days due to incorrect system configuration will have a 10% restocking fee and company credit issued.

Accessories not manufactured by Flagship Marine Security are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

All custom items such as cut wire, power harnesses, software code and modified sensors are not returnable or a 50% restocking fee may be applied.

All return items require an RMA. Sales RMA is valid for 60 calendar days from date of authorization.

An active sales contract with clauses relating to a specific sale may supersede the sales RMA policy statements above.
